Spitfire Homes launches Community Fund as Part of 15th Anniversary Celebrations
Spitfire Homes has launched a brand-new Community Fund to mark its 15th anniversary, inviting charities, clubs and community organisations across to apply for financial support.
The fund provides a total of £15,000 to support projects, activities and initiatives that create a positive impact within the local communities where Spitfire Homes operates.
The Community Fund reflects Spitfire Homes’ ongoing commitment to the places it builds and the people who live there. As a people-first business with deep roots in the Midlands and beyond, the initiative forms part of wider celebrations marking 15 years of delivering high-quality homes and helping to shape sustainable communities.
The fund is open to charities, grassroots sports clubs, voluntary organisations, societies and valued community assets based within the Midlands. Applicants are invited to outline how they would use the funding and the difference it would make to their organisation and local community.
Matt Vincent, Operations Director at Spitfire Homes, said:
“As we reflect on 15 years of Spitfire Homes, it’s the communities we’ve been part of that stand out as much as the homes we’ve delivered. The brand-new Community Fund is our way of giving something back to the organisations that make those places worth living in. We encourage eligible organisations to come forward and apply. The application is simple, and the fund is created to support projects that make a genuine difference locally.”
