Giving back to the communities we call home.

To mark 15 years of creating design-led homes across the Midlands, we’re launching the Spitfire Homes Community Fund – £15,000 dedicated to supporting the local groups, clubs and causes that make our neighbourhoods thrive.

About the fund

Since 2011, Spitfire Homes has been proudly creating design-led properties across the Midlands. Fifteen years on, we’ve now delivered over 1500 homes – and behind every collection is a wider, local community that welcomed us. The Spitfire Community Fund is our way of giving something back.

We’re inviting local groups, charities, clubs and organisations to apply for grants of £500, awarded quarterly throughout our anniversary year.

How does it work?

Applications are reviewed quarterly by a panel of Spitfire Homes colleagues, who assess each submission based on its potential community impact, local relevance, and how effectively the funding will be used.

Successful applicants will receive a grant of £500. In exceptional circumstances, the panel may choose to award a higher amount at its discretion.

Please note that only one application per organisation can be submitted in each funding round.

Who can apply?

We’re looking for applications from community groups and causes based in or around areas where Spitfire Homes has active or completed schemes. To be eligible, your group or organisation should:

• Be based in or directly serve communities within the Midlands
• Be able to demonstrate how the grant will make a tangible difference to the local community
• Align with Spitfire Homes’ commitment to creating a long lasting, positive legacy.

Grants can be used to support community projects, equipment, events, activities or initiatives that deliver a clear benefit to local people. We welcome applications from a wide range of community organisations and causes.
