Spitfire Homes announces 48 new homes in Kislingbury at Pembleton

We are delighted to announce the next chapter for Pembleton, our established collection of new homes in Kislingbury, Northamptonshire, following the acquisition of land to deliver a further 48 properties.

Building on the success of the original 44 homes completed in 2024, this exciting second phase will introduce a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, thoughtfully designed to complement the character of the village and the existing Pembleton community. Located off Rothersthorpe Road, the new scheme will extend south of the existing collection across a site of just under five acres, with homes set back from the road behind dedicated public open space.

The first homes are anticipated to be ready from summer 2027, and each home will also benefit from energy-efficient features as standard, including air source heat pumps, solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and underfloor heating.

The existing homes at Pembleton offer buyers a clear picture of what’s to come, with an established community and our quality already showcased in the village. Designed to complement the character of the area, the new homes will feature traditional chimney and gable detailing, decorative brickwork and stone window and door surrounds.
