Spitfire Homes bags Best Use of Online Tools at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards
Spitfire Homes has proudly won the prestigious award for Best Use of Online Tools at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards, for the UK’s first show home and customer suite in the metaverse. Our three-bedroom Broxton house type was also recognised with a highly commended award in the Best First Time Buyer Family home category.
The Best Use of Online Tools award recognises Spitfire’s innovative approach to online marketing and the use of new technology to showcase our design-led homes to customers around the world.
The metaverse is a virtual experience where users can create and explore their own digital spaces. Going further than the more common virtual tours, customers put on a headset and transport themselves into a fully furnished show home. With delivering exceptional customer experiences at the forefront of what we do, the first show home in the metaverse has created a social, personal, and engaging one-on-one experience, which makes purchasing a new home off-plan easier to visualise for our prospective buyers.
Spitfire has recognised the need for design-led, family homes in a crowded market. The three-bedroom Broxton features a flexible interior layout, a striking, double-fronted exterior appearance, and future-proofing sustainable features. We are proud to have been highly commended for our approach to design and modern living in the Best First Time Buyer Family home category.
Ben Leather, managing director of Spitfire Homes said:
This is the first time Spitfire Homes has entered the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards, so we are proud to have been recognised in both categories entered – this is testament to the hard work of our teams and the considered designs of our homes.
