Spitfire Homes Announces Plans for 127 New Homes at Historic Impney Estate in Droitwich Spa
Spitfire Homes is proud to announce the acquisition of a 9.9-acre site within the historic Impney Estate in Droitwich Spa, marking an exciting addition to our growing portfolio of homes across Worcestershire.
Situated alongside the iconic Impney Hall, Little Impney will introduce 127 distinctive new homes as part of the Spitfire Homes Bespoke Collection, bringing together architectural character, premium specifications and thoughtfully designed green spaces.
Showcasing a varied selection of one- to five-bedroom homes, including detached, semi-detached and terraced properties, alongside maisonettes and refurbished apartments, Little Impney will offer an exceptional opportunity to enjoy contemporary living within a historic setting.
Taking inspiration from the rich architectural heritage of the Impney Estate, Little Impney will celebrate the character of its surroundings through carefully considered design and distinctive architectural detailing. From feature gables and traditional stone detailing to decorative finials and tall, vertical windows, each element has been thoughtfully considered to complement the grand proportions of the neighbouring Impney Hall.
A carefully selected palette of red brick, sand render and hanging tiles will introduce architectural variety throughout the collection, creating an attractive setting with its own distinctive identity. Our plans also include the sensitive refurbishment of Pillon’s Villa, which will be transformed into two characterful apartments, retaining an important part of the estate’s heritage.

Alongside delivering 127 new homes in Droitwich Spa, Little Impney is expected to bring almost £1.7 million of investment into the local area, including contributions towards highways, education and NHS services, while supporting more than 440 jobs.
Every new home will also benefit from our premium specification, with solar panels, air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points and underfloor heating included as standard, combining contemporary comfort with energy-efficient technology.
Surrounded by extensive parkland and thoughtfully designed landscaping, the collection will provide more than ten times the required amount of open green space, creating a setting that encourages residents to make the most of the outdoors.
