Spitfire Homes takes home two prestigious wins at the 2023 Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards

Spitfire Homes is honoured to have been named Housebuilder of the Year at the 2023 Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards, alongside Spitfire’s Sales Director, Matt Vincent, who won Emerging Property Person of the Year.

The award ceremony, held on 15th June 2023, brought together some of the most prominent figures in the Midlands residential property industry and celebrates the achievements of Midlands-based housebuilders and developers, architects and consultants over the past year.

Housebuilder of the Year is the prestigious title that is a testament to Spitfire Homes’ dedication to excellence and the continued delivery of quality homes across the region.

The Emerging Property Person of the Year was awarded to Spitfire Homes‘ Sales Director, Matt Vincent. This award celebrates the sector’s rising stars, a well-deserved recognition of Matt’s achievements and dedication to the industry. He has overseen more than 800 deals, worth a total of £440m, in nine years at Spitfire, and is an integral member of the senior management team.

In addition to the two victories, Spitfire Homes were also recognised in the shortlists in five other categories:
