Spitfire Homes Shortlisted for Prestigious Industry Awards at Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards

Spitfire Homes is proud to have recently been shortlisted for seven awards at the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards, out of a total of fifteen available for the taking.  

The awards, now in its eighth year, will showcase the best projects and developers over the past twelve months within the Midlands region. 

The shortlisted entries cover the following categories and projects:  

• Housebuilder of the Year 
• Apartment Development of the Year at Beaufort, Edgbaston, 
• Residential Development of the Year at Fairmont, Bishop’s Cleeve 
• Urban & City Living Developer of the Year 
• Skills & Training Scheme of the Year – Talent Development Programme 
• Small Residential Development of the Year – Beaufort, Edgbaston 
• Emerging Property Person of the Year – Matt Vincent, Sales Director 

This recognition is a testament to Spitfire Homes’ dedication to creating exceptional homes that meet the needs and desires of modern homeowners.  

We’d like to extend special congratulations to our Sales Director, Matt Vincent, for being shortlisted for the Emerging Property Person of the Year award – a prestigious award that recognises the sector’s rising stars.  

The winners will be announced on Thursday 15th June, at a ceremony held in Birmingham.
