Spitfire Homes Awarded Prestigious 5 Star Customer Satisfaction Rating

We are proud to announce that Spitfire Homes has been awarded the prestigious 5 Star Customer Satisfaction Rating 2025 from the Home Builders Federation, which is a recognition of excellence and customer satisfaction in the housebuilding industry. This achievement is based on independent feedback from our homeowners, meaning that over 90% of our customers would recommend Spitfire Homes to a friend.

The Home Builders Federation (HBF) is the leading representative body of the housebuilding industry throughout the UK. Every year, in partnership with the NHBC, they conduct a customer satisfaction survey to gather independent customer feedback about their experience with their new home, spanning from the quality of the construction to the after service received.

From the initial stages of securing your ideal home off plan, to the moment you collect your keys, everyone at Spitfire has a commitment to ensuring that our customers receive the support and service they deserve, through a major milestone in their lives.

As a forward-thinking homebuilder, we’ve made significant investments to our customer experience and purchasing journey, both in person and online. With initiatives like the launch of interactive touchscreens with 360-degree CGI models across many of our collections, along with the investment into ‘My Spitfire Home’ a customer login area supporting our customers through their journey post reservation, our customers can expect an experience which is reflective of the Spitfire brand.
