Spitfire Welcomes Prospective Purchasers to the Brand New Customer Suite at Clarendon

Spitfire has welcomed hundreds of prospective buyers to Clarendon Coventry as we officially launched the brand new Customer Suite.

In response to strong demand, we hosted a series of exclusive preview events for members of our database before opening the doors to the wider public. The events attracted a strong level of interest, with hundreds of visitors joining us and our first off-plan reservation already secured.

Clarendon will deliver 182 design-led homes ranging from two- to five-bedrooms, each carefully created to suit a variety of lifestyles. As part of the scheme, we will also be providing 32% affordable housing and contributing more than £1.8m to local infrastructure and community facilities, including education, biodiversity, highways and the NHS.

The new Customer Suite has been designed to offer buyers a true insight into what makes a Spitfire home unique. With a 360-degree, 3D site plan available on an interactive touchscreen and a dedicated Choices Area showcasing personalisation and upgrade options, visitors can experience the full collection of homes at Clarendon in one place.

Matt Vincent, Operations Director at Spitfire, said:

“The opening of our new Customer Suite gives prospective buyers a first-hand experience of what makes a Spitfire home unique. Clarendon offers a diverse range of properties tailored to different lifestyles, all built with a premium specification and a focus on design.

The strong interest during our launch weekends shows there’s a real demand for quality homes in Coventry.

With our first homes available to reserve now and occupations expected from early next year, we encourage customers to schedule an appointment and experience Clarendon for themselves.”

All of our homes at Clarendon are equipped with future-proof features as standard, promoting sustainable and energy-efficient living. These include photovoltaic (PV) panels, underfloor heating, air source heat pumps for heating and hot water, and electric vehicle charging points.

Chris Priestley, Partner at Knight Frank and Head of Central New Homes Sales, added:

“Today’s buyers are savvy about their monthly outgoings, as well as looking at the purchase price, so they are really thinking about what it costs to live in their home on a monthly basis. That’s why the new homes at Clarendon, complete with an exceptional sustainability specification, are proving popular in the current market.

As well as this, the ten-year structural warranty really seals the deal for many, it’s that extra layer of security that you simply don’t get with older properties. We look forward to welcoming more prospective buyers to the Customer Suite and helping them find their new home at Clarendon.”

We are proud to see such strong demand for Clarendon already. With our first homes available to reserve now and occupations expected from early next year, we invite customers to book an appointment and discover what life at Clarendon has to offer.
