Depending on the point in which you reserve, you can select from a range of premium options, including kitchen styles and colours, worktops, flooring and bathroom tiles. Your Choices Appointment usually takes place shortly after reservation – before the roof is on and before plumbing and electrical installations are finalised in your new home. You’ll be invited in by the Sales Consultant for a coffee and dedicated time to explore the options, view samples in person, and decide how your home will look and feel.

Bathrooms are an ideal place to express your personality, with a wide selection of over 90 premium Porcelanosa ceramic tiles, all included as standard. Whether you’re drawn to subtle textures, contemporary finishes, or patterned designs that add character, these options let you create a space that feels both refined and distinctly yours.

Kitchens, often described as the ‘heart of the home’, can also be personalised with a choice of colours and finishes. As such a core part of everyday life, we understand how important it is for this space to feel welcoming, practical and tailored to your lifestyle.
