IN-PERSON GIVEAWAYS/GIFTING
- All free gifts and items offered as part of the Spitfire Advent Calendar 12-day campaign are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited, and items are provided while supplies last. It is limited to one item per person.
- Free items are available only at participating locations as specified for each day of the Advent Calendar. Locations will vary across Radcliffe on Trent, Moreton-in-Marsh, Daventry.
- Any upgrades to free items (for example upgraded coffee or larger sizes) are chargeable and not included as part of the free offer.
- Individuals claiming alcoholic beverages must be 18 years of age or older and may be required to provide valid ID.
- Free items are intended for personal use only. Spitfire Homes and our partner businesses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone attempting to claim multiple items inappropriately.
- By participating, attendees agree to follow any health, safety, and location-specific rules at the participating venue.
- Spitfire Homes and its partner businesses reserve the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw any free item or experience at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the Advent Calendar free item days implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Spitfire Homes is not responsible for any incidents that occur during the collection or use of free items.
SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAYS
In entering a social media giveaway promoted by Spitfire Homes as part of the Spitfire Advent Calendar 12 day campaign, via any of our official social media accounts or email campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
- To enter, participants must follow the social media account specified in the relevant Advent Calendar giveaway (e.g., Instagram – @spitfire.homes or Facebook – Spitfire Homes) and complete any additional actions stated in the post, such as liking, sharing, or commenting as instructed.
- Only entries completed according to the instructions on the post will be considered eligible.
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries during the 12-day campaign. Participants may enter on multiple platforms where allowed, but must follow the entry rules for each platform.
- Prizes will be as described in the original social media post for each day of the Advent Calendar. If a prize involves a third-party service or voucher, Spitfire Homes will provide any relevant details (e.g., voucher expiration date), but accepts no responsibility for fulfillment or delivery by the third party.
- Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter, within 3 days of the competition closing for that day.
- Winners must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond in this time frame, an alternative winner might be selected at random.
- There is no cash alternative, and prizes are non-transferable.
- Employees of Spitfire Homes are not permitted to participate in the Advent Calendar social media giveaways.
- By entering, participants agree to allow Spitfire Homes to use their shared content, name, and profile picture for marketing purposes, highlighting the community-focused spirit of the Advent Calendar.
- Spitfire Homes reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- These competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the 12-day Advent Calendar campaign.
