Spitfire Homes Secures New Bespoke Collection Site in Crowle, Worcestershire

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our award-winning Bespoke Collection with the acquisition of a seven-acre site in Crowle, Worcestershire, following planning permission for 30 high-quality new homes.

The collection will feature a mixture of detached and semi-detached houses, as well as bungalows, including 12 affordable properties to support local housing needs. It will also deliver over £450,000 in community contributions, benefiting local services such as education, transport and sports facilities. More than half of the existing site will be retained as public open space, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to creating sustainable communities that integrate with the local area.

This acquisition marks our return to Worcestershire, following the success of previous schemes in Ombersley and Eckington, and forms part of our ongoing strategy to grow our portfolio of exclusive, high-specification homes across the region.
