Spitfire Homes Empowers Women into Home Building

Spitfire Homes are pleased to announce our participation in the Spring cohort of the Women into Home Building initiative, led by the Home Builders Federation. This important programme is designed to support and promote women across the homebuilding sector, helping to create a more diverse and inclusive industry.

The Women into Housebuilding initiative provides a clear and practical pathway for individuals interested in pursuing a career in site management within homebuilding. Since its launch, the programme has supported over 400 women, offering access to training, industry insight, and hands-on experience to help build understanding of site operations and career progression opportunities.

Applications are now open for the spring cohort of the Women into Home Building programme. The initiative offers a structured opportunity to gain practical experience, develop relevant skills, and explore career opportunities within the homebuilding sector.
