Record year for Spitfire Homes Reporting 70% Growth and Further Midlands Expansion

We are celebrating a landmark year at Spitfire Homes, after achieving a record 70% growth in 2025, with 303 homes completed and our continued expansion across the Midlands region.

This growth underpins our ambitions to scale while maintaining a design-led ethos, supported by a broader Midlands presence, a strong land pipeline and consistently high sales rates that outperform the market.

Our success has been recognised with Small Housebuilder of the Year 2025 at the Housebuilder Awards and a five-star rating in the first year of entering the HBF’s Customer Satisfaction Survey – independent feedback from homeowners that reflects the quality, innovation and customer-focused values at the heart of our brand.

In 2025, we submitted planning applications for over 500 new homes across Broadway, Balsall Common, Belbroughton and beyond, strengthening our pipeline and capacity for long-term delivery of exceptional sustainable properties for years to come.

Many of our new collections now showcase our thoughtfully crafted range of housetypes, introduced to help us scale and reach a wider audience without compromising on quality.

Our award-winning Bespoke Collection continues to provide premium homes in the region’s most desirable locations, demonstrating the design and craftsmanship that we are recognised for, cementing our reputation for delivering future-proofed, aspirational homes.
