Fairmont Community Nears Completion as new Neighbourhood Takes Shape

Fairmont by Spitfire Homes, a community comprising of 215 design-led properties is nearing completion, with fewer than five homes now remaining.

Since launching in 2022, the collection has proved in high demand, attracting a diverse mix of homeowners, from first-time buyers and growing families to downsizers and young professionals, reflecting the appeal of Spitfire’s high-quality homes in the region.

Through delivering Fairmont,we have contributed more than £7 million to support infrastructure in the area, making a positive impact on local education, sports facilities and public transport services.

All properties have been designed to be highly energy efficient and feature future-proofing technologies including air source heat pumps and electric car charging points, demonstrating Spitfire’s commitment to creating sustainable communities.

Fairmont marked the first launch of our newly crafted range of housetypes, shaping the approach now being delivered across the wider Spitfire Homes portfolio.
