Spitfire Homes is pleased to offer a £10,000 Lifestyle Incentive on selected properties. This incentive is designed to give buyers added flexibility when personalising their new home. 

This offer applies to selected properties only, where indicated, and does not apply to all Spitfire homes. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentives and applies to full asking price offers only. In the instance that the £10,000 lifestyle incentive is to be used towards landscaping, interior design allowances, or fitted furniture, the incentive will be paid to the individual in the form of a deduction to the completion statement of the qualifying Spitfire property being purchased. It is also dependent on the construction stage of the property. Spitfire Homes reserves the right to withdraw at any time.
