When purchasing a property from Spitfire Homes, you will benefit from the peace of mind offered by your Homeowner Warranty and 10-year structural warranty.

All new homes from Spitfire are covered by a two-year Homeowner Warranty. This warranty covers a number of areas related to your home, providing you with comfort in your purchase. Such items include cover against poor workmanship and faulty materials.

In addition to your two-year Homeowner Warranty, each property is also covered by a 10-year structural warranty. This 10-year warranty covers your home against major structural issues and subsidence. Depending on your property, your 10-year warranty will be covered by one of the following providers:

NATIONAL HOUSE-BUILDING COUNCIL (NHBC)
