To ensure an accurate offer, we’ll instruct three trusted local estate agents to value your property. Each agent will assess your home using a detailed valuation form, providing an estimated sale price based on current market conditions.

Property Inspection

A member of our team, typically the Sales Manager, will then visit your property to assess its condition and suitability for the Part Exchange scheme. During this visit, we’ll also capture photos and videos to support the valuation and marketing process.

Based on a detailed review of your property and valuations, we’ll share a tailored offer to help simplify the move towards your new Spitfire home.

Receive your Offer

Based on a detailed review of your property and valuations, we’ll present a bespoke offer for Spitfire to purchase – helping you progress with your new home.

Accepting a Part Exchange Offer

Managing the Sale
