Once you’ve found your preferred Spitfire home, speak to the Sales Consultant to see if Part Exchange is available and begin the simple seven-step process.
STEP ONE: Submit Your Part Exchange Request
Start by completing our Part Exchange Request form. This helps us collect important details about your current home and confirm whether it qualifies for the scheme.
STEP TWO: Professional Valuations
To ensure an accurate offer, we’ll instruct three trusted local estate agents to value your property. Each agent will assess your home using a detailed valuation form, providing an estimated sale price based on current market conditions.
STEP THREE: Property Inspection
A member of our team, typically the Sales Manager, will then visit your property to assess its condition and suitability for the Part Exchange scheme. During this visit, we’ll also capture photos and videos to support the valuation and marketing process.
STEP FOUR: Receive your Offer
Based on a detailed review of your property and the estate agent valuations provided, Spitfire will present you with a bespoke offer to purchase your home.
STEP FIVE: Accepting a Part Exchange Offer
Our offer is valid for a limited time to keep things moving. Once you accept, we’ll arrange professional photography of your home and immediately start marketing it across key platforms like Rightmove.
STEP SIX: Managing the Sale
Once your property is listed, we work closely with the agent to manage the entire sales process. The estate agent will accompany any viewings of your existing property.
STEP SEVEN: Legal Completion & Move-In
On the day of legal completion, Spitfire finalises the purchase of your current property, enabling you to move directly into your new home – with both transactions coordinated to take place simultaneously.
