The safety of our staff and customers remains of paramount importance throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.

Despite the relaxation of mandatory restrictions, health and wellbeing remains a priority. Therefore, at Spitfire Homes, the following measures remain in place.

Our show homes and sales offices will be open on an appointment-only basis

To help manage the flow of visitors at any one time, we will maintain an appointment-only approach to visiting our show homes and sales offices. You can book an appointment over the phone or can request your preferred appointment date and time via our website.

Prior to your appointment

If you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19, have been told to self-isolate, or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus, do not attend your appointment. Instead, please contact your Sales Consultant and inform them of the situation – they will be happy to find an alternative appointment time for you.

An enhanced cleaning regime

Key touchpoints within sales offices and show homes will be sanitised at least once per day to reduce transmission risk. We will also have sanitiser available for use.

Optional face coverings

Although no longer mandatory, we understand that some customers may still wish to wear a face covering for the duration of their appointment. If this is the case, your Sales Consultant will also wear their face covering throughout the appointment for your peace of mind. Similarly, some Sales Consultants may choose to wear a face covering themselves and may ask you to do the same. If so, please respect their requests; disposable face coverings will be made available if you do not have one of your own.

NHS Test and Trace

Following your appointment, should we become aware that the Sales Consultant, or anyone else you encountered during your visit, has tested positive for Covid-19, we will provide your details to NHS Test and Trace, in accordance with Government guidance, to help slow the spread of the disease.

These measures will be reviewed periodically and may be adjusted based on official guidance and regulations.
